We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Integration Consultant with extensive experience in SAP S/4HANA Extended Warehouse Management (EWM) and strong proficiency in SAP PI/PO middleware. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in building, overseeing, and leading the integration build team during an EWM migration from ECC 9.4 to S/4HANA, ensuring seamless data and process flow across various SAP and third-party systems. This role includes the design, configuration, build, and deployment of EWM integrations to support business requirements.

 

Required Skills & Experience
• SAP EWM Expertise: Proven track record of delivering EWM integration solutions, with in-depth knowledge of S/4HANA EWM processes and configurations.
• Interface Troubleshooting: Hands-on experience resolving interface issues using IDOCs, BAPIs, RFCs, APIs, and related technologies.
• SAP PI/PO Proficiency: Strong command of SAP PI/PO for developing and managing middleware integrations.
• ECC to S/4HANA EWM Migration: Prior experience supporting or leading EWM migrations from ECC to S/4HANA is highly desirable.
• Leadership & Team Management: Demonstrated ability to lead integration-focused project teams, provide guidance, and drive results.
• Communication & Collaboration: Exceptional interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to work effectively across technical and functional domains.
• Analytical & Problem-Solving Abilities: Capable of quickly diagnosing issues and implementing reliable solutions under pressure.“

 

Key Responsibilities
1. Integration Leadership
o Serve as the primary point of contact for all EWM-related integration activities, guiding technical teams and providing expert oversight.
o Lead the design, development, and deployment of interface solutions in close collaboration with functional, development, and support teams.
2. Integration Build & Configuration
o Design, build, and configure EWM integrations to ensure seamless data flow between S/4HANA EWM and other SAP or external systems.
o Oversee all integration aspects within the project scope, ensuring alignment with best practices and business objectives.
3. Interface & Integration Management
o Troubleshoot and resolve complex interface issues, including IDOCs, BAPIs, RFCs, and API integrations.
o Implement best practices for integration error handling and exception management, minimizing disruptions to operations.
4. SAP PI/PO Middleware
o Utilize SAP PI/PO expertise to design and maintain robust middleware solutions.
o Monitor, optimize, and enhance existing PI/PO interfaces to support evolving business requirements.
5. Collaboration & Coordination
o Work closely with cross-functional teams (functional consultants, developers, business analysts) to troubleshoot integration challenges and ensure alignment with project objectives.
o Coordinate with stakeholders and end-users to gather requirements, provide updates, and deliver timely solutions.
6. Documentation & Governance
o Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation of integration processes, solutions, and best practices.
o Enforce adherence to integration standards, policies, and procedures throughout the project lifecycle.
