SAP Business Product Analist
You will land within the Product Team Reward & Retain within our People Technology and Intelligence (PTI) department. This department (or platform) is responsible for the innovative technology and tools that can be found throughout the complete employee journey.
As BPA Reward & Retain you will focus on the implementation of new Compensation & Benefits features and regulations. The Reward & Retain team is responsible for a portfolio of products that have a big impact on all KLM colleagues. You will be involved in the implementation of new Collective Labor Agreements and optimizations of different HR-processes, with the aim to increase employee satisfaction and drive efficiencies within the HR domain. Furthermore, the team is working on the Payroll to Cloud project, which concerns the move to Employee Central Payroll.

- Specific criteria for the BPA role in the Reward & Retain team:
- 10+ years experience with processes related to payroll
- Knowledge of/experience with SAP HR Payroll and/or Employee Central Payroll (ECP)
- Ability to take the lead on complex topics
- Coach, support and motivate other BPA's in the team
Experience with the agile way of working in product development
